| Lot 391 | A Londonderry & Coleraine Railway Milepost Plate "_", oval cast iron, 8" x 5 _", (MPLC 201/H), these plates only existed on The L&CR which was taken over by The Belfast & Northern Counties Rly in 1871, a rear fitting is cast in to fix to post with a single rivet, traces of yellow & black paint, an unusual feature is the angled figure "1". |
