| Lot 10 | A GWR Pre Grouping Pocket Watch, the face in excellent condition with Roman Numerals, second hand with Arabic numerals and clear company initials, the back of the double case prominently marked "G.W.R. 1612" in decorative serif lettering. The watch is in working order with a top winder and side catch which, when depressed, enables the hands to be adjusted. The movement marked "ROTHERHAMS, LONDON". A fine example used by a member of staff at Aberdare High Level. |
