An Electric Locomotive Worksplate "BRITISH RAILWAYS, BUILT BY THE ENGLISH ELECTRIC Co LTD, VULCAN WORKS 1965, No 3481/E327, ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT BY ASSOCIATED ELECTRICAL INDUSTRIES & THE ENGLISH ELECTRIC Co LTD" from BR Class 86 E3189/86250 introduced in November 1965 and allocated new to Crewe Electric Depot. It was named "The Glasgow Herald" on 20 September 1980 at Glasgow Central station by the newspaper editor. The name was removed in 1998 after the engine transferred from the West Coast Main Line to East Anglia where it was renamed "Sheppard 100" at Norwich Crown Point on 11 February 2003. Cast aluminium 8_"x6_", ex loco condition with multiple coats of "rail blue" paint.
