| Lot 4 | A North British Railway Three Aspect Handlamp. Stamped "ARISAIG" with "2184.S" above, the other side stamped "NBR 6174" and marked with the "Bulpitts 1907" mark. Arisaig Station is on the West Highland Extension between Glenfinnan and Mallaig. The lamp is the only example we have seen from this line. It has a brass bezel, copper cone, non matching interior and the red glass only, the top handle slightly out of true. |
