| Lot 87 | An LMS quad royal poster "LMS In Perspective No 5, The Locomotive", one of a series designed to interest travellers in the workings of the Railway, it features a fine black and white photograph of the Coronation Class 6251 on the left, while on the right a multicoloured view, illustrating the operation of the engine, the company's coat of arms is displayed at the base. Rolled and in excellent condition other than a few minor edge nicks in white border and a 1"x_" loss horizontally to the top edge border, (hidden if framed). |
