A Smokebox Numberplate "73007", from a BR standard Class 5 4-6-0 built at Derby and allocated new to Perth in July 1951 where it became a regular performer on Glasgow-Perth-Aberdeen expresses including the "Granite City" and "Saint Mungo". When its main duties were dieselised, it remained on the Scottish Region, moving in June 1964 to Grangemouth and in October 1965 to Stirling from where it was withdrawn the following March, to be cut up at Motherwell Machinery & Scrap Co, Wishaw in the June. The plate is unrestored.
