Lot 29 A Locomotive Worksplate "MANNING, WARDLE & Co LTD, 1942, LEEDS, 1918", from a 0-6-0ST O/C which was ex Works in July 1918 and originally Inland Waterways & Docks No 31. It later moved to Partridge Jones at Abersychan where it was named "Blaenserchan". After becoming National Coal Board property in 1947, it was rebuilt by 1952 using some parts from sister engine Manning Wardle No 1935. Early in 1961 it went to Tredegar Central Workshops for repair and then to Hafodyrynys from April 1962 until July 1965 when it moved to Tirpentwys Colliery, Pontypool where it was named "Sir Dafydd" and scrapped on site in November 1968. Cast brass oval, 11"x6_", front background repainted red, back untouched.
 This lot sold for £1150
