A Locomotive Worksplate "LONDON & NORTH EASTERN RAILWAY, 67661, DONCASTER WORKS, 1936", from a LNER V1 Class 2-6-2T built at Darlington, Works No 1844, in October 1936, original No 2899, renumbered 7661 in 1946, becoming BR 67661. It was rebuilt in February 1959 with a higher pressure boiler and reclassified as Class V3. It spent almost all its BR days at Parkhead working Glasgow suburban services before finishing its days at Hurlford. It was withdrawn in February 1962 and cut up at Darlington Works two months later. Cast brass oval 9"x5", cleaned and the front repainted green.
