A Great Western Railway double royal Poster "NEWQUAY, ON THE CORNISH COAST", (No PW1), by Herbert Alker Tripp (1883-1954). A view of a family sitting on the cliffs with bathers and surfers on the beach below, beyond yachts and the rugged Cornish coastline. Folded, a few edge nicks and one surface blemish. A classic seaside image from the golden age of poster art in the 1930s.
