| Lot 31 | A Great Western Railway Locomotive Pressure Gauge with polished brass face, prominently engraved with the company's initials and indicating 0-280 lbs per sq inch (red bar 200 ppsi), overall 8_" diameter with backplate, which is also marked "GWR". These early brass faced examples are undoubtedly the finest used by the company and date from the pre-grouping period. |
