A BR(NE), tangerine enamel Departure Board "MARKET WEIGHTON, POCKLINGTON, FANGFOSS, STAMFORD BRIDGE, EARSWICK, YORK", double sided with wooden surround and two hanging hooks, overall 42"x11_". The board was used at Beverley for trains on the Hull to York direct route which closed between Beverley North Junction and Bootham Junction (York) on 29th November 1965. The enamel plate has an excellent colour and shine, while the surround is in sound condition with its original paintwork.
