| Lot 327 | A London and South Western Railway enamel notice "L&SWR, NOTICE, TRESPASSERS WILL BE PROSECUTED, BY ORDER". As the company used cast iron Trespass notices, this is an extremely rare example and comes from the original Town Station in Chard, which closed to passengers on 1st January 1917. It has a couple of face chips and a chip at the top left, otherwise fine condition. |
