Results will be available by phone on 01327 262193 ONLY on Monday 11th January between 10.30 a.m. and 5 p.m. only. On our other lines and at other times we will be providing information and taking bids for the main Stoneleigh auction.

Bids should be in whole pounds (pence will be ignored) in accordance with the steps below.
The successful bidder will pay one bidding step over the next highest bid.
Equal bids: if two or more equal bids are made, the first bid received will take preference.

We have described lots as accurately as possible, you can expect all items to be in good undamaged condition, unless otherwise stated, however most Railwayana has been in constant use for many years and can show signs of wear, from its time in Railway ownership and subsequent rescue.

Refund Policy

As outlined above, every effort has been made to describe lots as fully as possible, however should you purchase a lot and find on receipt that its condition fails to live up to its description, we will be happy to provide a full refund without question. Please see paragraph above!

Unsuccessful Bidders

If unsuccessful bidders wish their cheques to be returned, they should enclose an SAE otherwise cheques will be shredded for security. Card details for unsuccessful bidders will be shredded immediately.
